About IAOP 2010 Outsourcing Tools & Technology Symposium

Sahal Laher, Division CIO, Collective Brands Inc. - Performance + Lifestyle Group will present a user case study on “How the use of dashboards and other tools & technologies are enabling improved outsourcing governance”. Sahal will share his experience on how he has used Relationship Management Scorecard to optimize and manage the financial performance, quality of services delivered and overall vendor governance of the outsourcing relationship.
Participants will receive valuable insight into how they can implement “Relationship Management Scorecard” to effectively manage their outsourcing relationships with providers of complex, outsourced services.

Mike currently serves as the President of Sourcing Gurus, a Systems Plus, Inc. Company. He oversees the deployment and install base for the Sourcing Gurus Relationship Scorecard. Mike also serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Lucidity Consulting Group, a premier Oracle consulting partner. Mike’s previous experience includes IT Leadership for Collective Brands, Inc, a $3.5Billion retailer and wholesaler based in Topeka, KS. During this time, Mike set up the Vendor Management Office for CBI and established the outsourcing relationship governance.
